It is interesting to me that many ministers and church leadership groups look at church as a problem that needs to be solved. What do we do about this and what do we do about that. I think the leadership issue that they are facing is a lack of vision. There should be an overarching vision the they filter all the church issues trough and that allows for new paradigms and ideas to be discussed and used.
